100% inspection and sorting machine with a 900 mm diameter glass table, optimized for flat parts, bushings, and not-hangable metal components with a diameter of 5-50 mm and height in the range of 1-45 mm.
Operating continuously, the machine can be freely modularly equipped with different feeding systems and up to 12 control stations.
The machine works by Dimac MCVx 2.0 vision software and control system, supported by Dimac PLC-managed handling system.
