Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, entwickelte Dimac das Connectivity Pack 4.0, eine Software-Suite, die API und Dienstprogramme enth\u00e4lt, um die Maschine in Verbindung zu halten und Daten mit der Fertigungssoftware des Unternehmens auszutauschen.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Die Software-Suite umfasst APIs wie das mcv_Anlage <\/b>das die \u00dcberwachung der Maschinenfunktionen in Echtzeit f\u00fcr das MES erm\u00f6glicht. Jede Maschine in der Sortierabteilung wird auf dem Desktop-Bildschirm mit ihrem Symbol dargestellt. Durch Anklicken des Maschinensymbols wird der aktuelle Maschinenstatus zusammen mit allen Informationen \u00fcber den aktuellen Sortierzyklus angezeigt: Gesamtzahl der sortierten Teile, Gesamtzahl der OK-Teile, Gesamtzahl der NOK-Teile und Klassifizierungsstatistik f\u00fcr die NOK-Teile<\/p>

Die API mcv_ERP<\/b> erm\u00f6glicht den Austausch von Sortierzyklusdaten zwischen der Dimac-Maschine und dem ERP-System des Unternehmens im CSV-Format oder SQL-Datenbankformat.<\/p>

Die API mcv_Remote<\/b> erm\u00f6glicht die Offline-Programmierung der Dimac-Sortiermaschine. Dieses Dienstprogramm ist sehr wichtig, da es eine einzige Quelle f\u00fcr Teileprogramme bietet, die auf dem Firmenserver aktualisiert wird. Der Qualit\u00e4tsmanager kann die Teileprogramme offline \u00fcberwachen und bearbeiten, w\u00e4hrend die Maschine in der Sortierabteilung l\u00e4uft, was zu einer erheblichen Zeitersparnis f\u00fchrt, da die Maschine nie stillsteht.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
