el hilo HI-LO: <b>El software Dimac mcvX Vision<\/b> Incluye una funci\u00f3n especial HI-LO para roscas que permite calcular el di\u00e1metro alto, bajo y aproximado de una zona roscada, detectando las crestas y ranuras te\u00f3ricas.<\/p><p>La herramienta de dimensiones de rosca calcula el di\u00e1metro exterior, interior y del flanco, el paso, la curvatura y el n\u00famero de picos, mientras que la herramienta de \u00e1ngulo de rosca busca defectos en la rosca debidos a la desalineaci\u00f3n durante el proceso de roscado.<\/p><p>La herramienta de calidad de roscas permite verificar la conformidad de una zona roscada mediante comprobaciones cruzadas, mientras que el sistema controla autom\u00e1ticamente la rosca para evaluar la calidad seg\u00fan las cuotas y tolerancias de la muestra.<\/p><p>La opci\u00f3n de diferencia de \u00e1ngulo detecta cualquier rosca pronunciada debida a la desalineaci\u00f3n de las matrices de laminaci\u00f3n: el software del sistema traza l\u00edneas en el perfil de la rosca para fusionar las crestas y las ranuras y calcular la diferencia de \u00e1ngulo con respecto al eje de simetr\u00eda de la pieza.
