Toutes les machines d'inspection et de tri Dimac mcv 100% peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9es de modules permettant leur connexion aux syst\u00e8mes MES ou ERP des entreprises afin d'assurer le suivi des processus de production.<\/strong><\/p>

Pour atteindre cet objectif, Dimac a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le Connectivity Pack 4.0, une suite logicielle qui comprend des API et des utilitaires permettant \u00e0 la machine de rester connect\u00e9e et d'\u00e9changer des donn\u00e9es avec le logiciel de fabrication de l'entreprise.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La suite logicielle comprend des API telles que mcv_Plant <\/b>qui permet de superviser les fonctions des machines en temps r\u00e9el pour le MES. Chaque machine du d\u00e9partement de tri est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e sur l'\u00e9cran du bureau par son ic\u00f4ne. En cliquant sur l'ic\u00f4ne de la machine, l'\u00e9tat actuel de la machine est visible, ainsi que toutes les informations relatives au cycle de tri en cours : nombre total de pi\u00e8ces tri\u00e9es, nombre total de pi\u00e8ces OK, nombre total de pi\u00e8ces NOK et statistiques de classification des pi\u00e8ces NOK.<\/p>

L'API mcv_ERP<\/b> permet d'\u00e9changer les donn\u00e9es du cycle de tri entre la machine Dimac et le syst\u00e8me ERP de l'entreprise au format CSV ou au format de base de donn\u00e9es SQL.<\/p>

L'API mcv_Remote<\/b> permet la programmation hors ligne de la machine de tri Dimac. Cet utilitaire est tr\u00e8s important car il permet d'avoir une source unique de programmes de pi\u00e8ces qui est maintenue \u00e0 jour dans le serveur de l'entreprise. Le responsable qualit\u00e9 peut superviser et \u00e9diter hors ligne les programmes de pi\u00e8ces pendant que la machine fonctionne dans le d\u00e9partement de triage, ce qui permet des gains de temps tr\u00e8s importants car la machine n'est jamais arr\u00eat\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
