processus.<\/p><p>Un autre outil est le fil HI-LO : <b>le logiciel de vision Dimac mcvX<\/b> comprend une fonction sp\u00e9ciale de filetage HI-LO qui permet de calculer le diam\u00e8tre haut, bas et approximatif d'une zone filet\u00e9e, en d\u00e9tectant les cr\u00eates et les rainures th\u00e9oriques.<\/p><p>L'outil \u2019Dimensions du filet\" calcule les diam\u00e8tres ext\u00e9rieur, int\u00e9rieur et de flanc, le pas, la courbure et le nombre de pics, tandis que l'outil \"Angle du filet\" recherche les d\u00e9fauts du filet dus au d\u00e9salignement pendant le processus de filetage.<\/p><p>L'outil de qualit\u00e9 du filetage permet de v\u00e9rifier la conformit\u00e9 d'une zone filet\u00e9e par quelques contr\u00f4les crois\u00e9s tandis que le syst\u00e8me contr\u00f4le automatiquement le filetage pour \u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 en fonction des quotas et des tol\u00e9rances de l'\u00e9chantillon.<\/p><p>L'option de diff\u00e9rence d'angle permet de d\u00e9tecter tout filet raide d\u00fb \u00e0 un mauvais alignement des outils de roulage : des lignes sont trac\u00e9es par le logiciel du syst\u00e8me sur le profil du filet pour fusionner les cr\u00eates et les rainures et pour calculer la diff\u00e9rence d'angle par rapport \u00e0 l'axe de sym\u00e9trie de la pi\u00e8ce.
