Pour des tol\u00e9rances encore plus serr\u00e9es, notre syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le est adapt\u00e9 ad hoc, int\u00e9grant des mesures qui deviennent plus strictes \u00e0 mesure que les tol\u00e9rances diminuent. Nous avons mis en \u0153uvre un algorithme de correction de l'aberration des lentilles, ainsi qu'un r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage d\u00e9di\u00e9 et une cam\u00e9ra \u00e0 plus haute r\u00e9solution associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des lentilles t\u00e9l\u00e9centriques de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure. Cette combinaison vise \u00e0 minimiser l'impact des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s du verre et \u00e0 normaliser les effets de diffraction au bord de la pi\u00e8ce sur diff\u00e9rentes images. Pour contrer les effets de la salet\u00e9 environnementale dans le cadre de la production, notre syst\u00e8me de vision comprend des filtres logiciels avanc\u00e9s pour une protection et une fiabilit\u00e9 accrues.<\/p><p>L'ensemble du processus de mesure requiert une puissance de calcul consid\u00e9rable, en raison de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de capturer 3 images par pi\u00e8ce (une tous les 120\u00b0) \u00e0 un rythme de 100 pi\u00e8ces par minute, tout en utilisant divers filtres logiciels. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette demande, nous avons utilis\u00e9 un ordinateur industriel \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'une carte graphique NVIDIA\u00ae. Le r\u00e9sultat est une machine qui passe avec succ\u00e8s les tests MSA1 et MSA3, m\u00eame dans la plage de tol\u00e9rance de conception de 12 \u03bcm. Il convient de noter que l'augmentation de la r\u00e9solution de la cam\u00e9ra apporte des avantages significatifs \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des mesures, mais pourrait affecter la productivit\u00e9. <b>N\u00e9anmoins, la solution adopt\u00e9e repr\u00e9sente l'\u00e9quilibre optimal entre les contr\u00f4les obligatoires et la productivit\u00e9, assurant la meilleure combinaison qualit\u00e9-co\u00fbt.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f2e2188 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"f2e2188\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e7b79b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8e7b79b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6 style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\"><strong>V\u00e9rification de la forme de l'encoche hexagonale du fond de la tige<\/strong><\/h6><p>Les contr\u00f4les obligatoires comprennent : la v\u00e9rification de la pr\u00e9sence de l'\u00e9videment au fond de la tige, la v\u00e9rification de la forme hexagonale de l'\u00e9videment et de l'absence d'effet de double brochage (forme \u00e9toil\u00e9e r\u00e9sultant d'un l\u00e9ger d\u00e9phasage entre le premier et le deuxi\u00e8me passage de la coupe), et la v\u00e9rification des caract\u00e9ristiques du logo de marquage sur la surface sup\u00e9rieure de la t\u00eate.<\/p><p>Les principaux d\u00e9fis consistent \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 assurer la stabilit\u00e9 de l'image, \u00e0 mettre en \u00e9vidence de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate toutes les situations d\u00e9fectueuses et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre un algorithme d'interpr\u00e9tation capable de reconna\u00eetre les d\u00e9fauts sans d\u00e9clencher de faux rejets.<\/p><p><strong>Pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes d'image, nous avons choisi une cam\u00e9ra entocentrique avec un illuminateur annulaire coaxial dirig\u00e9 vers le bord inf\u00e9rieur de la tige. Un loquet \u00e0 ressort positionn\u00e9 au-dessus de la table rotative, ainsi que le si\u00e8ge pr\u00e9cis offert par le chanfrein des fentes du cadran \u00e0 la t\u00eate du rivet, assurent le maintien de la pi\u00e8ce en position, m\u00eame en pr\u00e9sence de vibrations.<\/p><p>Le r\u00e9sultat est une image o\u00f9 l'\u00e9videment hexagonal du fond appara\u00eet nettement en noir dans la couronne circulaire claire de la cl\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce. Cette image est bonne, mais ne suffit pas \u00e0 garantir la d\u00e9tection d'une double cavit\u00e9 broch\u00e9e, car la pr\u00e9sence de salet\u00e9s peut affecter le contr\u00f4le. <b>C'est pourquoi un algorithme a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour s'appuyer sur l'analyse du gradient de lumi\u00e8re, en particulier l'\u00e9tendue d'une bande grise autour de la circonf\u00e9rence de l'hexagone. <\/b>L'algorithme compte le nombre de fois o\u00f9 la pente croise un deuxi\u00e8me diam\u00e8tre de circonf\u00e9rence d\u00e9fini par l'utilisateur. Lorsque la pi\u00e8ce se d\u00e9place sous le marqueur, il peut arriver que l'\u00e9criture soit d\u00e9doubl\u00e9e ou brouill\u00e9e, ce qui la rend illisible.<\/span><\/p><p>La stabilit\u00e9 de l'image est cruciale pour ce processus, car toute instabilit\u00e9 cr\u00e9e un bruit de fond, brouillant la ligne de d\u00e9marcation entre les composants conformes et non conformes.
