HOW DRA+ WORKS

ONCE THE APP IS STARTED, THE USER IS QUICKLY CONNECTED WITH DIMAC FOR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE.

A DIMAC TECHNICIAN TAKES ON CHARGE THE REQUEST AND ACTIVATES THE USER’S LIVE CAMERA. 

The Dimac technician can take pictures of the machine or shoot some working sequences to identify any critical point and guide the user during the adjustments. DRA+ enables the audio contact activation, the chat and the sharing of files, images and videos.  

DIMAC SERVICING CAN DISPLAY THE AUGMENTED REALITY INSTRUCTIONS – WRITTEN OR DRAWN – ON THE USER’S SCREEN OR SHOW PAGES OF INSTRUCTIONS OR TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS.

Usually, the call ends online or with the shipment of spare parts. When necessary, an on-site action can be planned.
