Dimac mcv 100% ispezione e cernita\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/span>macchine\u00a0<\/i>sono dotate di stazioni per il rilevamento meccanico di prese interne e incavi sagomati.\u00a0<\/i><\/b>Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 possibile commutando la modalit\u00e0 della tavola girevole da continua a indicizzata e abilitando la stazione di ispezione a innesto o cavit\u00e0 disponibile.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La stazione dispone di unit\u00e0 di penetrazione sopra e sotto il banco rotante con pinze per l'inserimento di cacciaviti intercambiabili o perni di calibrazione. La profondit\u00e0 di penetrazione \u00e8 mirata da una telecamera digitale ad alta risoluzione con un <\/span>precisione inferiore a 0,1 mm.<\/b><\/p>

Bussole Torx o esagonali e qualsiasi altra incassatura <\/b>pu\u00f2 essere ispezionato meccanicamente per profondit\u00e0 interna, altezza del gradino (rivetti e inserti), lobi rotti, eccesso di trattamento superficiale, centricit\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>

L'ispezione meccanica pu\u00f2 essere eseguita sia sulla testa della vite dall'alto del piano rotante, sia sull'estremit\u00e0 opposta alla base del codolo sotto il piano rotante. La corsa di penetrazione pu\u00f2 raggiungere i 30 mm nel modello Dimac mcv3 e possono essere utilizzati inserti fino a Torx 100.<\/span><\/p>

Possono essere eseguite prove meccaniche di bussole Torx ed esagonali fino a 200 pz \/ min<\/b> \u2013<\/span><\/p>

Questa stazione di prova meccanica pu\u00f2 essere attivata o disattivata in base ai criteri di ispezione richiesti e rende le macchine di ispezione Dimac mcv assolutamente flessibili per eseguire qualsiasi tipo di ispezione.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nel 2022 questa stazione \u00e8 stata aggiornata per eseguire misure di alta precisione di forme interne, cilindriche o coniche, in boccole tornite. <\/b><\/span>Il ciclo di penetrazione viene eseguito con un alesametro telescopico progettato per penetrare nel foro conico della boccoletta in due passaggi da sotto il piano rotante, mentre una telecamera ad alta risoluzione misura la profondit\u00e0 di penetrazione raggiunta dall'alesametro per ogni fase.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
