Tutte le macchine di ispezione e selezione Dimac mcv 100% possono essere dotate di pacchetti software per il collegamento ai sistemi MES o ERP aziendali, al fine di monitorare il processo produttivo.<\/strong><\/p>

Per raggiungere questo obiettivo Dimac ha sviluppato il Connectivity Pack 4.0, una suite software che include API e utility per mantenere la macchina connessa e scambiare dati con il software di produzione aziendale.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La suite di software include API come la mcv_Plant <\/b>che consente la supervisione delle funzioni della macchina in tempo reale per il MES. Ogni macchina del reparto di smistamento \u00e8 rappresentata sullo schermo del desktop con la sua icona. Facendo clic sull'icona della macchina, \u00e8 possibile visualizzare lo stato attuale della macchina e tutte le informazioni relative al ciclo di smistamento in corso: numero totale di pezzi smistati, numero totale di pezzi OK, numero totale di NOK e statistiche di classificazione dei pezzi NOK.<\/p>

L'API mcv_ERP<\/b> permette di scambiare i dati del ciclo di selezione tra la macchina Dimac e il sistema ERP aziendale in formato CSV o in formato database SQL.<\/p>

L'API mcv_Remote<\/b> consente la programmazione off-line della selezionatrice Dimac. Questa utility \u00e8 molto importante perch\u00e9 permette di avere un'unica fonte di programmi pezzo che viene mantenuta aggiornata nel server aziendale. Il responsabile della qualit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 supervisionare e modificare offline i programmi dei pezzi mentre la macchina \u00e8 in funzione nel reparto di smistamento, con un notevole risparmio di tempo perch\u00e9 la macchina non si ferma mai.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
