altro strumento \u00e8 il filo HI-LO: <b>Il software di visione Dimac mcvX<\/b> include una speciale funzione di filettatura HI-LO che offre la possibilit\u00e0 di calcolare il diametro alto, basso e approssimativo di un'area filettata, rilevando le creste e le scanalature teoriche.<\/p><p>Lo strumento \"Dimensioni del filetto\" calcola il diametro esterno, interno e del fianco, il passo, la curvatura e il numero di picchi, mentre lo strumento \"Angolo del filetto\" cerca i difetti del filetto dovuti al disallineamento durante il processo di filettatura.<\/p><p>Lo strumento per la qualit\u00e0 della filettatura consente di verificare la conformit\u00e0 di un'area filettata mediante alcuni controlli incrociati, mentre il sistema controlla automaticamente la filettatura per valutarne la qualit\u00e0 in base alle quote e alle tolleranze del campione.<\/p><p>L'opzione differenza d'angolo individua eventuali filetti ripidi dovuti al disallineamento delle matrici di laminazione: il software del sistema traccia linee sul profilo del filetto per unire creste e scanalature e calcolare la differenza d'angolo rispetto all'asse di simmetria del pezzo.
