Il suo limite intrinseco \u00e8 che non pu\u00f2 essere utilizzata su materiali non magnetici come titanio e alluminio, che sono sempre pi\u00f9 utilizzati nell'industria aerospaziale grazie al loro rapporto resistenza-peso.<\/p><p><b>Per superare questa limitazione, \u00e8 stata sviluppata una stazione ottica progettata per acquisire immagini in scala di grigi ad alto contrasto, supportata da algoritmi di intelligenza artificiale specificamente addestrati per rilevare crepe superficiali.<\/b><\/p><p>Questo training consente al sistema di distinguere tra cricche vere e segnalazioni superficiali non critiche, riducendo i falsi scarti. In condizioni controllate di luce e contrasto, l'analisi AI \u00e8 in grado di rilevare micro-discontinuit\u00e0 difficili da identificare sia ad occhio nudo che con sistemi a correnti indotte, offrendo una soluzione alternativa o complementare alla tradizionale tecnologia NDT.
