Todas as m\u00e1quinas de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Dimac mcv 100% podem ser equipadas com pacotes de software para conex\u00e3o com os sistemas MES ou ERP das empresas, visando o monitoramento do processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>

Para atingir este objetivo, a Dimac desenvolveu o Connectivity Pack 4.0, um pacote de software que inclui API e utilit\u00e1rios para manter a m\u00e1quina conectada e trocar dados com o software de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

O pacote de software inclui APIs como a mcv_Planta <\/b>que permite a supervis\u00e3o das fun\u00e7\u00f5es da m\u00e1quina em tempo real para o MES. Cada m\u00e1quina do departamento de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 representada na tela da \u00e1rea de trabalho com seu \u00edcone. Ao clicar no \u00edcone da m\u00e1quina, o status atual da m\u00e1quina fica vis\u00edvel, juntamente com todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es referentes ao ciclo de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o atual: n\u00famero total de pe\u00e7as classificadas, total de pe\u00e7as OK, total de NOK e estat\u00edsticas de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o das pe\u00e7as NOK.<\/p>

A API mcv_ERP<\/b> permite a troca de dados do ciclo de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o entre a m\u00e1quina Dimac e o sistema ERP da empresa no formato CSV ou no formato de banco de dados SQL.<\/p>

A API mcv_Remote<\/b> permite a programa\u00e7\u00e3o off-line da m\u00e1quina de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Dimac. Esse utilit\u00e1rio \u00e9 muito importante porque permite ter uma fonte \u00fanica de programas de pe\u00e7as que \u00e9 mantida atualizada no servidor da empresa. O gerente de qualidade pode supervisionar e editar off-line os programas de pe\u00e7as enquanto a m\u00e1quina estiver em funcionamento no departamento de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o, o que gera uma economia de tempo muito importante, pois a m\u00e1quina nunca para de ser controlada.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
