Para toler\u00e2ncias ainda mais r\u00edgidas, nosso sistema de controle \u00e9 adaptado ad hoc, incorporando medidas que se tornam mais rigorosas \u00e0 medida que as toler\u00e2ncias diminuem. Implementamos um algoritmo de corre\u00e7\u00e3o de aberra\u00e7\u00e3o de lente, juntamente com ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o de fundo dedicada e uma c\u00e2mera de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o mais alta combinada com lentes telec\u00eantricas de alta qualidade. Essa combina\u00e7\u00e3o visa minimizar o impacto das irregularidades do vidro e padronizar os efeitos de difra\u00e7\u00e3o na borda da pe\u00e7a em v\u00e1rias imagens. Para neutralizar os efeitos da sujeira ambiental no ambiente de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, nosso sistema de vis\u00e3o inclui filtros de software avan\u00e7ados para maior prote\u00e7\u00e3o e confiabilidade.<\/p><p>Todo o processo de medi\u00e7\u00e3o exige uma grande capacidade de computa\u00e7\u00e3o, devido \u00e0 necessidade de capturar 3 imagens por pe\u00e7a (uma a cada 120\u00b0) a uma taxa de 100 pe\u00e7as por minuto, tudo isso utilizando v\u00e1rios filtros de software. Para atender a essa demanda, utilizamos um computador industrial equipado com uma placa gr\u00e1fica NVIDIA\u00ae. O resultado \u00e9 uma m\u00e1quina que passou com sucesso nos testes MSA1 e MSA3, mesmo dentro da faixa de toler\u00e2ncia do projeto de 12 \u03bcm. Vale ressaltar que o aumento da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da c\u00e2mera traz benef\u00edcios significativos para a qualidade da medi\u00e7\u00e3o, mas pode afetar a produtividade. <b>No entanto, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o adotada representa o equil\u00edbrio ideal entre os controles obrigat\u00f3rios e a produtividade, garantindo a melhor combina\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade e custo.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f2e2188 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"f2e2188\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e7b79b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8e7b79b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6 style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o do formato do rebaixo hexagonal inferior da haste<\/strong><\/h6><p>Os controles obrigat\u00f3rios incluem: verificar a presen\u00e7a do rebaixo na parte inferior da haste, verificar o formato hexagonal do rebaixo e a aus\u00eancia de um efeito de brochamento duplo (um formato de estrela resultante de uma leve mudan\u00e7a de fase entre a primeira e a segunda passagem do corte) e verificar as caracter\u00edsticas do logotipo de marca\u00e7\u00e3o na superf\u00edcie superior da cabe\u00e7a.<\/p><p>Os principais desafios, mais uma vez, envolvem garantir a estabilidade da imagem, destacar adequadamente todas as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de defeito e implementar um algoritmo de interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o capaz de reconhecer os defeitos sem acionar falsas rejei\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p><strong>Para resolver os problemas de imagem, escolhemos uma c\u00e2mera entoc\u00eantrica com um iluminador anular coaxial direcionado para a borda inferior da haste. Uma trava de mola posicionada acima da mesa girat\u00f3ria, juntamente com o assento preciso oferecido pelo chanfro das ranhuras do mostrador para a cabe\u00e7a do rebite, garante que a pe\u00e7a permane\u00e7a na posi\u00e7\u00e3o mesmo na presen\u00e7a de vibra\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>O resultado \u00e9 uma imagem em que o recesso hexagonal inferior aparece proeminentemente em preto dentro da coroa circular clara da chave da pe\u00e7a. Isso foi bom, mas n\u00e3o o suficiente para garantir a detec\u00e7\u00e3o de um recesso de broca dupla, pois a presen\u00e7a de sujeira poderia afetar o controle. <b>Por esse motivo, foi desenvolvido um algoritmo que se baseia na an\u00e1lise do gradiente de luz, especificamente a extens\u00e3o de uma faixa cinza ao redor da circunfer\u00eancia do hex\u00e1gono. <\/b>O algoritmo conta quantas vezes o gradiente cruza um segundo di\u00e2metro de circunfer\u00eancia definido pelo usu\u00e1rio. Ocasionalmente, a superf\u00edcie lateral do corpo cil\u00edndrico pode sofrer abras\u00e3o durante o contato entre a haste do rebite e a ranhura do disco de metal, o que n\u00e3o afeta a funcionalidade da pe\u00e7a, mas deve ser evitado por motivos est\u00e9ticos. Para evitar abras\u00f5es, um m\u00e9todo comum \u00e9 levantar a pe\u00e7a do disco, mas isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 recomendado aqui, devido a restri\u00e7\u00f5es de tempo. Aumentar o di\u00e2metro da ranhura n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma op\u00e7\u00e3o, devido \u00e0 estabilidade precisa da pe\u00e7a necess\u00e1ria para o controle do sextavado inferior. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o final \u00e9 uma rota\u00e7\u00e3o precisa da pe\u00e7a centralizada dentro da folga da ranhura do disco (5 cent\u00e9simos de mil\u00edmetro).
