Dimac Sherpa is a vertical elevator with vibrating hopper suitable for lifting and loading the pieces into the feeder of the sorting machine. It can be easily integrated into machinery, guaranteeing high precision and efficiency for the optimization and automation of the production system.
The vibration of the hopper allows constant loading of the product, always supplying the vertical lifting device with the right quantity of pieces. The supplied sensor stops the vibration when the loading hopper is full.
This system allows to reduce the human intervention, The operator only has to pour the fastening elements into the vibrating hopper.
