Dimac Care is a maintenance plan conceived as an extension of the machine’s characteristics. It represents an ideal completion of the product in terms of service and quality at a fixed and convenient price.

This package includes:

  • Visit of a Dimac technician to your site.

  • General check-up of the machine: parts feeding system – control stations conditions and setup – Parts evacuation in batches – Electric cabinet and plants.

  • Check-up of the safety devices and signalization systems.

  • Electric plant and pneumatic plant check with efficiency verification.

  • Check-up of any sensors, probes, motors, and controllers.

  • Vision system full check-up: Cameras – Optics – Illumination devices – Electronic controllers.

  • Remote connection check-up with the vision system controller, hard-disk cleaning and defrag data files, and image backup with optimization of the system configuration.
